We would like to introduce everyone to our owner and primary therapist, Dr. Sailen Patel! Sailen has over 10 years of experience as a physical therapist, achieving different certifications and continuing his educational opportunities so that he can better help serve the community. Sailen has a special interest in helping older patients, orthopedic patients, and post operative patients. Having worked continuously in an outpatient and skilled nursing facility settings since graduating, Sailen has seen a need for a facility that will welcome patients at various levels in the recovery journey. Believing that all patients should be given the opportunity to treatment and given specific, individualized care, he decided to open Proform Physical Therapy! Sailen’s goal is to create a bond with his patients and provide a caring environment where patients can feel welcomed and trust in learn how they can start bettering themselves and learn how to start feeling better and reaching their functional goals!
