Come in for Your First Visit

At your fist visit you will fill out a short medical form and then have a full evaluation done by a doctor of physical therapy. During this session you and your therapist will discuss YOUR goals and come up with an individualized treatment plan. You will also be given a home exercise plan to help you further with your journey to recovery and feeling better!

Commit to Feeling Better

After you have had your first visit, you and your therapist will decide on the next course of action. This may be following up for 1-3 times a week depending on your condition. While under our care we will always make sure that you have a tailor made session to address your individual needs.

Cash Patients

We offer various treatment packages to help reduce your price and meet your needs!

Single Initial Eval and Pay as You Go

We are currently offering initial evals for $140 (normally $150) and each additional visit for $100 (normally $120) if you decide to pay as you go!

4 Visit Package

When you schedule for a four visit package then you get the price of your initial evaluation and three additional visits for $400. This is a savings of $110 dollars from our normal rates if you were to pay as you go.

10 Visit Package

When you schedule for a 10 visit package then you get the price of your initial evaluation and nine additional visits for $900. This is a savings of $330 dollars from our normal rates if you were to pay as you go.

Insurance

Currently we accept the following insurance and workers compensation patients in addition to our cash patients. We are working on accepting more insurances in the future but most insurances will offer reimbursements for sessions depending on your insurance carriers out-of-network policy.
