Dr. Sailendra Patel is a dedicated and highly skilled Doctor of Physical Therapy committed to helping individuals recover, regain mobility, and improve their overall well-being. Since earning his Doctorate from the University of South Florida in 2011, he has gained extensive experience working in rehabilitation facilities and corporate outpatient clinics, specializing in sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, neurologic disorders, geriatric care, post-operative recovery, pain management, and amputee rehabilitation.

With nearly a decade in corporate outpatient settings, Dr. Patel recognized the need for a more personalized and results-driven approach to patient care.

In 2022, he founded Sciform Physical Therapy in Clermont, Florida, with a mission to bring the best practices from his years of experience while improving upon key areas that enhance patient outcomes, knowledge, and quality of care. His evidence-based treatments and patient-centered philosophy ensure individuals receive tailored solutions that restore function, accelerate healing, and optimize recovery.

As a Master of Dry Needling Certified (MDNC) practitioner, Dr. Patel integrates advanced techniques to accelerate healing and relieve pain. His holistic approach blends science-driven methods with individualized care, fostering a supportive rehabilitation environment.
